Creative Consultation

• What's included:

  • 1.5 hour in-person or virtual consultation

  • Discovery session (style preferences, budget, expectations)

  • Inspiration sourcing

  • Custom Mood Board for project direction

• Price: $450 flat per room
  (Additional spaces discussed add $250 each if done at the same time.)

Tier 2

Sourcing and Vendor Recommendations

• What's included:

  • Everything in Tier 1

  • Personalized list of furniture and décor recommendations

  • Sourcing from trusted local vendors (Miami-based where possible)

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions on the selections

• Price: Starting at $950 per room (depending on size/complexity) (Additional rooms starting at: $750 each if done at same time.)

Tier 3

Full Room Design

• What's included:

  • Everything in Tiers 1 & 2

  • Full design concept: mood boards, simple scaled floor plan layout, color schemes

  • Curated furniture, lighting, art, and accessory selections

  • Custom and locally sourced art and unique styling pieces

  • Assistance with ordering furniture and decor items

  • Priority access to vendor discounts if applicable

  • Tracking shipments and managing basic delivery logistics

  • Furniture and decor placement once items arrive

  • Styling guidance and finishing touches

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions included

• What's excluded:

  • Contractor hiring/scheduling (for things like painting, construction)

  • Large installation project management (ex: built-ins, remodeling oversight)

  • Handling claims for damages (client is responsible for issues beyond initial coordination)

• Price: Starting at $2,250 per room (depending on size/complexity) (Additional rooms starting at: $1,600 each if done at same time.)

Tier 4

Multi-Room Design Package

• What's included:

  • Everything in Tiers 1-3

  • 2 room minimum

  • Custom hand-drawn or digital illustrations of the home/rooms

  • Full coordination between rooms for a cohesive home design

  • One of one art piece per room made exclusively for you by Pink Current

  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions included

• Price:

  • First Room Starting at: $3,600 (depending on size/complexity)

    (Additional Room Starting at: 2,950 if done at the same time.)

When your project calls for construction expertise or permitting, we coordinate closely with vetted professionals to handle it all with care. Through our trusted collaboration with Einhorn Construction Inc., a licensed general contractor with over 20 years experience, we’re able to support projects that require city approvals easily.

* These price tiers are for our design services only. They do not include the customers individual design budgets (furniture and decor), any additional elements such as custom/locally sourced art (minus the ones included in tier 4), construction or murals. Timeline for revisions will be determined based off complexity of each individual residential project. All furniture ordering/placement will be done after final revision. Small or large, we will do our best to execute a beautiful space regardless of the budget provided!

Tiers 1 & 2, must be paid upfront, however Tiers 3 & 4 require an initial downpayment of 50%, with the remaining paid at final revision.
