  (Additional spaces discussed add $500 each.)

• Best For: New businesses exploring a rebrand or visual identity for their space.

Tier 2

Sourcing and Style Guidance

• What's included:

  • Everything in Tier 1

  • Personalized list of furniture and décor recommendations

  • Link recommendations from trusted commercial vendors (Miami-based where possible)

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions on the selections

• Price: Starting at $2250 per space (depending on size/complexity)(Additional rooms starting at $1600 each if done at same time.)

• Best For: Business owners furnishing a space but not doing full redesign or renovation.

Tier 3

Full Space Design and

Partial Project Management

• What's included:

  • Everything in Tiers 1 & 2

  • Space planning (simple scaled floor plans, and layout guidance)

  • Full concept development per brand identity

  • Custom and locally sourced art and brand-aligned accessories

  • Assistance with ordering furniture and decor items

  • Priority access to vendor discounts if applicable

  • Tracking shipments and managing basic delivery logistics

  • Furniture and decor placement once items arrive

  • Styling guidance and finishing touches

  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions included

• What's excluded:

  • Contractor hiring/scheduling (for things like painting, construction)

  • Large installation project management (ex: built-ins, remodeling oversight)

  • Handling claims for damages (client is responsible for issues beyond initial coordination)

• Price: Starting at $5,250 per space (depending on size/complexity) (Additional rooms starting at $4,600 if done at same time.)

• Best For: A complete redesign of a single retail space, lobby, small office, or hospitality space.

Tier 4

Multi-Zone and

Full Property Design Package

• What's included:

  • Everything in Tiers 1, 2 & 3

  • 2 space minimum

  • Custom hand-drawn or digital illustrations of concept

  • Full coordination between multiple zones for a cohesive full property commercial design

  • One of one art piece per zone made exclusively for you by Pink Current

  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions included

• Price: Starting at $10,000 (depending on size/complexity)

  • Per-zone rate drops with scale

• Best For: A complete multi-zone redesign of a hotel/motel, large office, and large hospitality space.

When your project calls for construction expertise or permitting, we coordinate closely with vetted professionals to handle it all with care. Through our trusted collaboration with Einhorn Construction Inc., a licensed general contractor with over 20 years experience, we’re able to support projects that require city approvals easily.

* These price tiers are for our design services only. They do not include the customers individual design budgets (furniture and decor), any additional elements such as custom/locally sourced art (minus the ones included in tier 4), construction or murals. Timeline for revisions will be determined based off complexity of each individual commercial project. All furniture ordering/placement will be done after final revision.

Tiers 1 & 2, must be paid upfront, however Tiers 3 & 4 require an initial downpayment of 50%, with the remaining paid at final revision.
